Desert Wildflower

It is a particularly joyous time of year when the wildflowers bloom!  The snow is melting, the grasses are growing, even the birds are singing.  Mother Nature is definitely waking up and this honey says all of that and more.  Desert Wildflower honey has a complex flavor and is a blend of all the pretty little flowers that grow on the hillsides.  This honey changes from season to season depending on the winter weather, it can be very light or a more full bodied medium color.
