Clover

We pride ourselves on our California honey, but this one is just too good to pass up!  Clover comes from the plains of the Dakotas and the Big Sky Country of Montana.  This honey is a treat!  With a delicate hint of cinnamon and even nutmeg, you will be impressed with its delicate nature but interested in its many facets of flavor.  We suggest using this honey as a spread or in a light herbal tea – you wouldn’t want to disguise its natural flavor!
